US Shipping:
We ship all packages USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. All Packages are automatically insured and require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Please allow 10 days for delivery (depending on your shipping choice). Please provide us with the correct shipping address and telephone number. Any shipping delays on my end, I will notify you.

International Shipping
We ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (Please be aware that there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages).
Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information on your country’s policies you may contact your local customs office. Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries. If you wish to have your package insured, I can ship either Global Express (3-5) shipping days or Global Airmail Parcel Post (4-10 days shipping days). Delivery
Available items purchased through website are usually shipped within 3-4 days of purchase. All handmade, custom orders may take 7-10 days to ship, depending on available crystals and findings. If you require a rush order, I will do my best to ship as quickly as possible.
Accidents can happen...
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and send us an email at www.info@cutiepetutie.com, or call 480-243-8397 for instructions.
Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at www.help@cutiepetutie.com immediately, and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for your purchase within the criteria below:
- We will exchange your unopened, unused purchase for another item within 7 days of purchase, must accompany assigned *C.P.R# (Cutie Petutie Return Number)
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and paid by buyer.
- On sale items are not refundable or returnable
- Custom Orders are not refundable or returnable
- For health reasons we can not accept returns on all pierced earrings
For Hassle Free returns to be processed: Please return your package, invoice with an assigned *C.P.R.# to our shipping and recieving address below via an insured courier. Cutie Petutie is not responsible for items damaged or lost while being returned to us.
NOTE: Most of our pieces, excluding; Celebrity Styles and Rings are “Handmade To Order” making them “Custom Orders” in every sense of the word.
